ATTENTION PARENTS, GUARDIANS

We are how accepting applications for your child for our before and after school program from 
August 25th, 2008 to June 8th, 2009. We are confident that you will be very satisfied with Project 
C.H.A.N.C.E. and all we have to offer!

The program will be held at: 
                        Warner Elementary School 
                        801 W. 18th St. 
                        Wilmington, DE 19802 
                        (Same floor with the Cafeteria)

The hours of operation are 6:30 A.M. - 8:25 A.M. and from dismissal of school until 6:00 P.M. 
We will be closed on certain days of the month. This information will be in the Parent Handbook.

 Tuition is $60.00 per week. 
Registration $15.00 (Non-refundable) 
Our three (3) Methods of Payments are:
